Need help with side effects of Dexedrine…issues with insomnia and no appetite?

I am taking dexedrine 3×5mg a day and having the classic insomnia and no appetite side effect. I had this with the other adhd meds such as concerta – and like concerta, i get the benefit and want to carry on trying it but the side effects are so bad i end up stopping.

Is there any meds to add to the mix that increases appetite and helps sleep so it counters drugs side effects.

If not, what can i do other than obvious protein shakes and herbal remedies to make life easier?
