Need help with side effects of Dexedrine...issues with insomnia and no appetite?

I am taking dexedrine 3x5mg a day and having the classic insomnia and no appetite side effect. I had this with the other adhd meds such as concerta - and like concerta, i get the benefit and want to carry on trying it but the side effects are so bad i end up stopping.
